Domn al Tarii Romanesti (1616-1618, 1627-1629) si domn al Moldovei (1620-1621, 1631-1633).Sa inconjurat de dregatori greci, ceea ce a starnit impotriva boierimii autohtone, care l-a izgonit din domnie.
